This 30-minute kundalini yoga kriya is known as the Emotional Fatigue Buster. When we are embroiled in this physical reality, to the extent that we become so caught up in it that we forget who we truly are, can be EXHAUSTING. This kundalini yoga kriya wipes away all these crystallisations and returns us to our true, authentic self. What a relief!

There is a mantra in this kundalini yoga kriya - ARDAS BHAEE, AMARDAS GURU, AMARDAS GURU, ARDAS BHAEE, RAM DAS GURU, RAM DAS GURU, RAM DAS GURU, SACHEE SAHEE

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
