I used Granny Smith apples, dipped in white Almond Bark, coated with Strawberry crumble. Apples are stuffed with a Strawberry cream cheese filling. Recipe for the filling listed below.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling:

1 block 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 stick unsalted butter (room temp)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cookie flavoring or vanilla extract
1/2 tsp strawberry flavor
1/4 cup diced strawberries 🍓

In a large bowl mix together butter and cream cheese. Mix until both are incorporated. And the remaining ingredients mix together until everything is well combined. Add 1/4 cup of strawberries to the filling, fold into the mixture until everything has combined.
