After 8 months of dealing with an achilles injury, it's finally time I make my return to the triathlon race course! Join me on my return to racing as I complete my first Olympic distance triathlon since August of 2023, in none other than sunny San Diego.

This race wasn't just about the competition for me. It's the first time I'm racing since adopting my new mentality and approach to endurance sports. And I think it's safe to say, the mental switch paid off...
