How to make the crispiest, easiest and healthiest chicken wing in your oven or air fryer. Today we test out baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch to see what each of these things do to your chicken wing. We even make a plain(still seasoned) one to see if all the fuss is worth it #chickenwings #airfryer #wings

For our wings we patted them dry and we just seasoned them with the following:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Thyme
Salt and pepper

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400 F
Grease your rack or basket and lay your wings on an even layer and cook for 20-25 min or until crispy. Ours took 20 min on full convection. If your oven doesn’t have a fan, it may take a bit longer.
