​We start our second edition of the Upload Video Magazine 2022 with the first moon landing. In 1969, the Raisting earth station received the television signals of the moon landing and transmitted them from there throughout Europe. In spring 2020, the protective cover of the earth station was destroyed by a storm. An LTM 1650-8.1 was now used to replace the protective cover. In the category "Mobile and crawler cranes" (start 1:52) we then visit our first delivered LR 1700-1.0 in its first use at the wind farm. After that, Roland Bohnacker explains to us in the category "Background" (start 3:45) which advantages fixed jibs offer on crawler cranes and which loads can be lifted with them. Afterwards, in the category "In Focus" (start 6:45), we go to the Danish wind farm Østerild, where two LR 11350s are erecting a new 14 megawatt wind turbine 155 metres high for Siemens Gamesa. Especially in times of a pandemic, it is not possible to simply fly halfway around the world to give our service technicians training. But in the category "Totally digital" (start 8:34) we want to show you how our customer service made this possible. At the end of the episode there is a world record! In the category "Mobile and crawler cranes" (start 10:58) Franz Ölberger presents the new LTM 1300-6.3 with a 90-metre telescopic boom.
