Ingredients:

(1)Tuna Thongba ( Manipuri style)
Tuna fish , 500 g ( 8 big size)
Mustard oil, 150ml
Whole cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida/ Hing, a pinch
Cinnamon stick / Dalchini/ Usingsa, 1/2 inch
Chopped Onion, 1 (medium)
Hooker chives roots, 1 tbsp
Ground garlic, 1 tbsp
Tomato, 3 ( medium )
Chopped king chilli/ U morok, 1/2 ( medium)
Chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup

Spices & condiments to be soaked in water
Cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder, 2 tbsp
Black pepper, 1/3 tsp
Ground ginger, 1 tbsp
Culantro, 1 tbsp
Citrus Latipes, 3 pc
Salt, as per taste
Water, as per requirement

total cooking time: 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the intensity of flame)

(2) Singju :
All the vegetables to be finely chopped & mix with other ingredients .

Yongchak, cabbage, pea plant buds, Lafutharo ( banana flower), onion, ginger, local herbs , roasted ngari( fermented dry fish), ground roasted white peas ( soak in water overnight), pounded dry chilli (8/9), King chilli (1/2), Salt (as per taste)

(3)Mairen - Soibum Thongba ( Pumpkin & bamboo shoot stir fry)
Pumpkin, 750 g
Mustard oil, 100 ml
Whole jeera, 1/2 tsp
Mixed masala , 1 tsp
Whole Coriander seeds , 1/2 tsp
Hooker chives, 1 tbsp
Hooker chives roots, 1 tbsp
Ground ginger, 1/2 inch
Bamboo shoots, 1/2 cup
Slit green chilli, 7/8
Water, as required
Lemon basil
Chopped coriander,1/2 cup
