Moong Daal Pakoray

Ingredients:
Yellow lentils (soaked) 1 cup
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 large
Chopped green coriander, green chili ½ cup
Crushed coriander, cumin 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Soda 2 pinches

Method:
Grind soaked yellow lentils now all remaining all ingredients mix then after 10 minutes heat oil and make pakoray and fry. When golden brown then remove it and serve with chutney.

Hawaiian Salad

Ingredients:
Boiled pasta 1 ½ cup
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 1
Pineapple ½ cup
Chicken chunks ½ cup

For Dressing:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Pineapple juice 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp

Method:
In a bowl mix boiled pasta, capsicum, spring onion, pineapple pieces and chicken chunks. Now mix dressing ingredients and add in salad ingredients then cool down and serve.

Fry Chicken Sticks (House of Samrah)

Ingredients:
Chicken 400 gm
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Seekh kabab masala 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Skewers as required
Tomato ketchup for serving

Method:
Marinate chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic, red chili flakes and seekh kabab masala for about 2 hours. Now place it in the skewers and add bread crumbs. Then dip in the beaten egg and fry until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
