This particular episode, the cooking expert is Dr. Mrs. Archana Gupta. She is a Ph.D. in microbiology and has done a course in food and nutrition. Thoughts to create while cooking:
Ask yourself –My food constructs my body. So, what to eat or what not to eat is in my hands. Satwik food creates love, freedom and tolerance inside me. Now I have to think as to what all qualities do I want to mix with my food. The voice that comes from within needs to be caught and felt.
Om Shanti.
