Looking for a full-body blast using nothing more than a pair of kettlebells? We’ve got you covered.

The workout, created by top PT Bradley Simmonds, is split into two sections. Section 1 will target the lower body, working 30 seconds on and resting for 15 seconds. Section 2 focuses on upper body strength, working for 30 seconds and resting for another 30 seconds.

Five exercises, repeated three times:
1. Deadlift
2. Goblet Squats
3. Reverse lunges
4. Kettlebell swings
5. Side lunges

Section 2
Five exercises, repeated three times:
1. Push-ups
2. Gorilla rows
3. Chest press
4. Shoulder press
5. Grocery pick-ups
