Описание к видео The Science of Stuck: Breaking Through Inertia to Find Your Path Forward

What if most of the things we initially learned about mental health were wrong? What if our problem isn’t a lack of motivation? What is really going on with all that doom scrolling and procrastination? What if the solution is something other than beating ourselves up or just trying harder? In her book The Science of Stuck, therapist and trauma specialist Britt Frank, LSCSW, set out to find the answers and discovered good news: we are not lazy, crazy, or unmotivated.

Britt Frank joins us on March 25 to dive into her book and the experience we all feel of being stuck. She will guide us through her empowering and action-oriented guide to discovering why we can’t think our way forward—and how to break through what’s holding us back in life, in love, and in work. Britt will give us tips for:

Breaking old habits and patterns.

Gaining perspective on pain and trauma from the past.

Freeing yourself from the tortuous “why” questions.

Taking control of your choices to create the life you want.

Join us to understand how to move forward with purpose, confidence, and the freedom to become who we are truly meant to be!
