For this Perfect Keto vs. Bulletproof protein bar review video, Kathy, my wife, and I conducted an experiment.

We wanted to find out what snack bar had a bigger impact on blood sugar and ketone levels: Perfect Keto (keto bars) or Bulletproof (collagen bars).

To conduct the test in a fasted state, we measured our blood glucose and blood ketone levels before we each ate one of the bars.

Kathy chose a Bulletproof collagen bar, and I had a keto bar from Perfect Keto. Then we repeated the blood tests after 30, 60, and 120 minutes to see how our glucose and ketone levels would change.
