2x Yellowfin 7600 Southerner + Yamaha F250 4-Stroke with all the fruit + workshop fitout

We have not one, but two Yellowfin 7600 Southerns going through the workshop this week which are absolutely kitted out with the best electronics on the market. What absolute weapons these packages are, especially designed by some very experienced owners who have owned many boats throughout their life.

Starting at the front is the Quintrex Catch & Release trailer bracket which makes drive on trailering a breeze, and they're only worth a few hundred bucks. There's a drum winch up the front with a SARCA Anchor, a high quality specially designed anchor which has the ability to de-snag itself.

Under the boat is the Quintrex Aluminium I-Beam braked trailer which should last the life of the boat.

At the back is the very loved Yamaha F250 4-Stroke which is an absolute beast on this boat. A Yamaha F225 pushes this boat very well, so a F250 is more than enough, even though this boat has a maximum HP of 300.

A boat of this size should have trimtabs which are on this boat. Also right at the back are two enormous transducers which connect to some top of the range navigation and sonar systems.

The Yellowfin 7600 Southerner comes standard with a 235L fuel tank with the option of replacing the kill tank with a second fuel tank, giving you 300L total fuel capacity, which is a HUGE amount of fuel.

This Yellowfin has been painted a nice dark grey, which looks fantastic and isn't a reflective paint - quiet an important little tip with these larger plate boats.

As this is a serious boat for a serious fisherman, there are also Outriggers installed which the boys in the workshop had no issues installing.

Now for the juicey part, electronics. As mentioned the owner of this boat is a very experienced boater and fisherman and knows what kind of electronics compliment this boat.
He's gone with SIMRAD for Navigation and Sonar/Imaging. SIMRAD have a fantastic radar system with an unbelievable 36 nautical mile radius. That kind of capacity will give you the confidence to stay safe...and know where all the other boats are fishing! Paired with the sonar is another 12" screen for the sounder.

The Yamaha 6YC gauge is feature packed and tackles the task of keeping up with the rest of this boat with ease. All of the switch panels and other essential electronics such as the VHF radio, etc are also top of the range.
A nifty little addition is toggle spotlights mounted on top which are controllable with a little switch by the drivers seat. Very cool!

The cabin is large and comfortable with well thoughtout furniture and storage.
