To Make Vegetable Sagu

Oil - 3 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3KxgtsM)
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/449sawp )

Onion - 2 Nos
Potato - 1 No.
Carrot - 1 No.
Few Beans
Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 2 Nos

Water - 1 1/2 Cup
Ground Masala


Method

To a mixer jar, add one cup of grated coconut, 2 tbsp of roasted gram, few cashew nuts, cinnamon, cardamom. Cloves, one tsp of cumin seeds, one tsp of fennel seeds, four cloves of garlic, piece of ginger chopped, five green chilies, few curry leaves, fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves, salt, some water and grind everything to a nice fine paste.
Add more water if required. Masala paste is ready. Keep it aside.
To a wide kadai, pour 3 tbsp of oil, one tsp of mustard seeds, one tsp of cumin seeds, add two onions finely chopped and saute it.
Once the onions turns translucent, add one potato finely chopped, and saute well.
Once the potatoes are half cooked, add one carrot chopped, few beans chopped, half cup of fresh peas , two tomatoes chopped, mix everything well. Add salt and mix again. Add a cup of water for the vegetables to cook. Close the kadai and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the ground masala paste, mix everthing well, add half cup of water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Our delicious vegetable sagu is ready to be served with poori, roti or chappathi of your choice.
