Описание к видео Sinterit PA11 CF - Carbon Fiber Nylon For High Performance Use Cases - Vision Miner

Everyone loves Carbon Fiber, right? Today we’re going to do a quick overview of Sinterit’s PA11 Carbon Fiber material – One of the strongest and most versatile materials available on the powder market dedicated to SLS printing technology, available for the Lisa PRO, Lisa X, and NILS 480 systems.

WHERE YOU’LL SEE THIS MATERIAL IN INDUSTRIES?
- Production maintenance: replacement parts, fixtures, jigs
- Automotive: high-performance parts, metal replacement parts
- Extreme applications: motorsports, lightweight structures, high temperature applications
- Aerospace: lightweight structures
- Research: mechanical parts, composite elements
- Medicine: medical equipment, prosthetics

WHAT KIND OF MACHINE DO YOU NEED TO PRINT THIS FILAMENT?
PA11 CF requires the use of inert gas in order to achieve the highest quality result. It’s refresh ratio is 40%, meaning you add 40% fresh powder to the used powder, and then run it all again in the next build.
