Grilled Mahi-mahi with lemon mayo glazed recipe:
4 pcs Mahi-mahi
For seasoning:
2.5 - 3Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 -1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic-onion-parsley powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp dried dill
2 Tbsp or 1/2 fresh lemon juice
Lemon-Mayo glaze :
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
season with salt & pepper
a pinch of dried basil
2 Tsp dried dill
2 Tbsp or 1/2 fresh lemon juice
