You can use Mahi-Mahi or Salmon with this recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE:
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
1 1/2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
3 cloves of Garlic (minced)

INSTRUCTIONS:
•Remove skin from fish.
•Rinse and blot fish dry.
•Apply marinade to both sides of the fish and leave for at least 20 minutes
•Put two table spoons of butter in the skillet. I used my steak house butter for that recipe follow this link:
•Have the temperature set to high let the skillet come up to temperature while you melt the butter.
•Once the butter is melted add the fish to the pan. Once all the fish is in turn the temperature down to medium and cook on each side 3 - 5 minutes depending on the thickness.
