This Swedish Crispbread is considered essential food because of its healthy contents. It is rich in proteins, healthy fats and fibers which is good for the stomach. These Swedish crispbread are really easy to make and packed with good-for-you ingredients as well. There are different variations of seed crackers across Scandinavia as a crunchy snack or part of lunch.

Swedish Crispbread (knäckebröd)
3 deciliter cornflour
1 deciliter sunflower seeds
1 deciliter sesame seeds
1 deciliter flax seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 deciliter vegetable oil
2 1/2 dc - 3 deciliter boiling water

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Spread thinly using spatula or using rolling pin on the parchment paper both over and under the dough to roll it out.
3. Bake into the preheated oven 150 degrees celcius for 1 hour.
4. Let it cool when its done and you can break it. Save it on a sealed tight container.

This crispbread is best to serve with cheese and different kinds of spread.
