In this video, I go over one of our warm-up methods to get ready for some of our training sessions. Whether you are training in Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, or simply for fitness purposes, this routine will help your cardiovascular; speed; accuracy; and technique.

I suggest 3 x 2 minute rounds of this for beginners and seasoned athletes should work their way up to 8-10 x 3-5 minute rounds of this drill. Additionally, you can work your rounds using light dumbbells (1 to 2 lbs) in each hand to feel even more of an impact in your training session.
