Rise and Shine, friends! ☀️ Welcome to this 20 min morning yoga class for all-levels!

This good morning class will warm up your body slowly to get you ready for an amazing day. In this 20 min yoga class, we’ll start slow and sweetly. This entire morning yoga class is beginner-friendly.

Since this is a slower paced class with longer 2:00-ish minute holds. Since this is a slow awakening morning class for all levels, there is no vinyasa in this class. This is simply a gentle morning class for a full body yoga stretch.
