Set 1:
4 different sprinting exercises make 1 set;
Jog back slowly after every sprint; start each run on every 60 sec
1. Shuffle, sideways + sprint
2. Accelerate. Sideways R & L + sprint
3. Backwards for REF & Sideways AR, Sideways R & L + sprint
4. Knee High + sprint
Recovery: 5 min Set 2: Same exercise, again 14 sprints.
