Various shots of work in forge where Wilkinson's swords are manufactured. We see two men operating machine that beats piece of metal into sword shape. The metal is taken to veteran swordsmith, Tom Beasley, who sticks it into furnace and then uses hammer to shape metal into sharp blade. M/S of Tom and younger man - they have a conversation about Tom's long career. Tom has made swords for 5 monarchs and Lord Kitchener, the sword they are now making is for General Dwight Eisenhower (Ike). Several cuts - Tom keeps on forgetting his lines!
