Pork Stock
5-6 minced garlic
1 medium Onion
1 Beer Cube
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1 tbsp. Annatto seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Rice flour and 1/2 cup water

D. Crispy Pork belly
Rub with salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Oil for frying
