Can I return the seat after I've installed it? There are some federal regulations about what can and cannot be done with an installed Bidet seat. For this reason, there are only a few Bidet seats that we accept returns on. For those returns, we have some hoops to jump through to be able to use any part of that Bidet seat. Those Bidet seats are the ones that we offer risk-free trials on. You can see a link in the video description, talking about those risk-free trials and showing a list of the ones that offer that. For the other seats that we sell, if you're not sure if it's going to be a good fit, or you're not sure if you're going to like the way that it looks, take it out of the box, hold it over the toilet and get a feel for how it's going to fit on your toilet, before installing it. That way, if you decide that it doesn't fit your needs, it doesn't fit well on the toilet, it doesn't look the way you want it to look, you can still return it, because it hasn't been installed yet.
