I love to share my experience with veganism because I know a lot of people are on this journey of trying to find health and start a vegan journey (cause it's pushed a lot in our society as being the "healthy" thing to do) but then find that their health isn't doing so well.

So my story is to inspire those people to have an open mind and be willing to experiment with thier diet and incorporate animal products back in if that's what they feel they need to do!

I know it completely changed my life to do so!
