3. 2 medium-sized onions (finely sliced)
4. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
5. 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
6. 2-3 green chilies (slit)
7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
8. 1 tsp red chili powder
9. 1 tsp coriander powder
10. 1 tsp cumin powder
11. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ( optional )
12. 1 tsp garam masala powder
13. Salt to taste
