Title: NVS Pune Region Regional Integration Meet 2024

Introduction: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Regional Integration Meet and Art Exhibition 2024, a highly-anticipated and one of the most prestigious events, was held at PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Vadnagar, Dist.-Mehsana, Gujarat on 29th November,2024 and 30th November,2024. It was a gathering of 241 talented participants from16 schools of Pune Region. NVS has been creating and providing various opportunities for the students in all aspects under holistic learning program making them into a versatile human being.

Briefing Session:
A briefing session for all the Escorts was conducted on 28th November,2024. All the Escorts were warmly welcomed by Venue I/C Principal, Mr.Keshar Singh Meena and they were briefed about the schedule of the Meet, Do’s and Don’ts. Escorts came to escort and motivate the participants of their respective schools.

Inauguration Ceremony:
The Ceremony started with rousing and hearty welcome to the dignitaries by offering bouquets and mementos by the venue Principal Mr. Keshar Singh Meena followed by lighting of the Inaugural lamp by the dignitaries.

Hon’ble Assistant Commissioner, NVS, RO, Pune Shri Prem Kumar welcomed the Chief Guest Shri Kaushik Patel, Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly, Unjha, with bouquet and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to grace the occasion.

The Principal, JNV, Ahmedabad Shri Rajiv Dixit, the Principal of JNV Chhotaudepur Mrs. Shefali Singh, the Vice Principal, JNV, Valsad, Mr. John Devid William and the Vice Principal of JNV Patan, Mrs. Meera Vyas were heartily greeted by Venue Principal Mr. Keshar Singh Meena with bouquet.
Hon’ble Assistant Commissioner, NVS, RO, Pune Shri Prem Kumar in his inaugural address spoke at length about Vadnagar, a hub of rich culture and heritage. He felt honored to witness the event in a land which has a long tradition of art and music. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to witness the demonstration of exceptional talent of the students of Pune Region. The students of PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mehsana performed a traditional welcome dance to welcome the dignitaries.

The Chief Guest Shri Kaushik Patel, Hon’ble Member of Legislative Assembly, Unjha, addressed the gathering and expressed his gratitude to invite him to motivate the participants. He appreciated the effort to bring forth the talent of the students coming from various schools of Pune Region and felt honored to witness the fulfillment of Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of ‘VIKSIT BHARAT’. He conveyed best wishes to all the participants and hoped for a comfortable stay of all the participants, escorts, coming from 22 schools of Pune Region.
