James Loomis, Farm Director takes Sophie Silverstone and Emily Spacek of CATALYST Magazine on a tour of the Wasatch Community Gardens (WCG) Green Phoenix Farm, looking at the permaculture design, and how different pollinator habitats help the output of the garden. WCG takes part in growing food for community programs as well as a job training program for women experiencing homelessness as well as single mothers experiencing poverty.
