Have you ever seen a movie or TV show where someone is on trial, and they get to tell their side of the story directly to the judge? It happens all the time, right? Well, I'm here to tell you that it's not quite that simple in real life. In this video, I discuss this misconception about a party to a lawsuit being able to tell his or her story to the judge.
