About your trainer:
Louisa had a wonderfully successful career as a Ballerina for over 10 years while continuing her studies of science of the human body and nutrition at University. She became a certified personal trainer in 2016 where she began training the leading ballerinas in Europe, helping them gain strength, flexibility and confidence. She retired at the height of her career at 25 to build TLB, train ballerina's and ballet enthusiasts globally and inspire positive change in the ballet industry.
