Boulder Neighborhood Walking Tour: MARTIN ACRES (No Talking) 4k 60fps

Today on this beautiful Spring 2024 morning, we are going for a long walk down one of Boulder, Colorado's wonderful neighborhoods here in South Boulder, Martin Acres. Martin Acres is known for being a primarily residential district with 1-story, ranch-style Single-Family Homes. This Boulder neighborhood consists primarily of students from the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU Boulder), and some homeowners.

Just 35 minutes from Denver, Martin Acres is a charming, quiet neighborhood with mountain views around every corner. We are walking today on a warm Spring morning and enjoying the pleasant sounds and sights this quaint neighborhood has to offer.

We later cross into Majestic Heights, an aptly-named neighborhood featuring soaring views over the eastern hills of Boulder County, Tantra Lake, and a wonderful park area. Please enjoy this tour of this wonderful city neighborhood.
