CREAMY COCONUT 🥥 RICE:

2 cups of rice 🍚 ( you can adjust your measurements
250g king prawns
200g salmon fish 🐟
500ml coconut 🥥 milk
1/2 of each medium-sized Bell pepper 🫑 (yellow, green, red,and orange.
2 medium-sized carrots 🥕 chopped
1/2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢
2 sticks of scallions chopped
pinch of salt (adjust when cooking)
1/2 tsp of each turmeric powder, thyme, curry powder, and seasoning powder.
