Cheesy 🧀 French Toast Recipe:

ingredients for omelette:

2 eggs 🥚
1 tsp scallions/green onions
1 tsp scotch bonnet
1/4 tsp salt 🧂
20 ml milk 🥛
A little bit of butter 🧈 and vegetable oil.

Toast:

6 slices of brioche bread 🍞
30ml milk 🥛
1/4 cinnamon, salt 🧂, and sugar
A little butter 🧈 and vegetable oil

Filling:
omelette egg 🥚
1 tbsp red cheese 🧀
1 tsp mayonnaise
