Gold Medal Requirement: 2,100
Just like the first level, you must destroy groups of enemies the most in order to achieve the highest rank.
Shortly when you help Falco, steer anywhere but the center to let a strong enemy appear. Defeat this enemy quickly so that you have a lot of time to destroy the extra flying targets that come with it.
When you reach the infected base and you must avoid the swinging arms almost to the end, target the two walkways below to strike the small enemies and add more points to the score.

S-Flags:

1) After you defeat the strong enemy butterfly-thing, shortly after moving ahead, four enemies will appear in formation. Strike the one on top to reveal the flag.

2) Shortly after the above, flying homing rocks will try to ram you down. The one that's above for last has a flag in it.

3) Once you reach the base and engage in combat against the infected mech, strike above the creepy purple fungus to the lower-left to uncover this flag.

4) Shortly after that, before Slippy gets attacked, one enemy on each side will appear. Strike them both to uncover the flag.

5) After helping Slippy and entering inside, before the door up ahead closes, strike above the purple fungus to find the final flag.

Boss: Pigmaparoid
Welcome to Resident Evil IN SPACE! This fight bears a resemblance to the boss fight in Area 6, in which you must first strike the tentacles whenever they open up and finally the central core - Pigma's ugly monstrous face - to win the fight.
This is an easy boss, all in all, if you can react in time to its attacks as soon as you get an opening.
