Malaysian Butter Prawns is one of the most luxurious creations to come out of Malaysia. A delightful combination of Indian, Chinese and Malaysian cuisine. Normally made by deep frying prawns with the shells on and smothering them with buttery egg floss. I prefer mine with shells off and panfried rather than deep fried.
An absolute taste celebration - buttery juicy prawns combined with garlic, chili and curry leaf. Nice with steamed rice
