काम, नाम र दामको अपेक्षामा २७ वर्ष अघि टंक सापकोटा पोर्चुगल पुगे । सामान्य कर्मचारीबाट रेष्टुरेन्ट व्यवसायमा आवद्ध भएका टंक अहिले फरक शैलीका चार रेष्टुरेन्टका मालिक भएका छन् । उनले सयौंलाई रोजगारी दिएका छन् । टंक पोर्चुगलका सेलिब्रेटी सेफ हुन् किनकी पोर्चुगलका मिडियाले उनलाई पछ्याइरहन्छन् । "यो नेपाली शिर उचाली"को पहिलो भागमा उनै मेहनती, असल र स्वाभिमानी टंक सापकोटाको जीवन संघर्ष यात्रा समेटेका छौं ।
