Workout Explanation:

15sec: "Uppercuts"
15sec: Padder shuttle runs, Boxing squats

30sec: "3 punches, 3 shuffles"
30sec: Padder shuttle runs, Boxer squats

45sec: "1 combo, 1 burpee"
45sec" Padder shuttle runs, Boxer squats

60sec: "2 to 20's (or however high you get"
60sec: "Padder shuttle runs, Boxer squats"

Same thing back down...
60, 60, 45, 45, 30, 30, 15, 15
(note: get the boxer to a different exercises e.g. lunges)

Tip: Set up the shuttle run so each "run" takes about 15secs to get there and back...
