Georgina Berger (Fitness instructor from Bournemouth, Dorset) versus Vicky McCann (Fitness advisor from Edinburgh, Scotland)

Tim Anstiss (Doctor from Hounslow, West London) versus Chris Yoamens (Colliery minor from Calverton, Nottingham)

Notes: This heat becomes the only show not to have Powerball and Duel.

Duel was supposed to be played in the eighth heat for its appearance in even numbered shows, but 2 different combat events, Suspension Bridge and Joust are played in the eighth Heat instead.

This is the first show to feature two chest guarded events: Danger-Zone and Gauntlet.

The Wall is put on the fifth event which is not supposed to be on the fifth event before the sixth and final event.
