I decided to mix it up and made the necessary changes to the CW-01 so that it would qualify for the Tamiya Club Fastest Lunch Box record.The current record is 48.5 mph.

The required change was to install the stock gearbox (unmodified). I am running a 21T pinion with a 47T spur.

Some other changes included a custom wheelie bar to work with the stock gearbox, and throwing on the LunchBox body.

I was able to get 57mph but crashed on the deceleration. Not as clean as I would like. I will keep trying but I need more room to run out the car.
