For the dough:
Maida - 2 Cups
Lukewarm Milk - 130 ml
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Yeast - 2 tsp
Egg - 1 no (or curd - 1/4 Cup (60ml))
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method :
1. To prepare the dough, in a bowl add maida, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and give it a little mix.
2. Add oil and milk and start mixing it till the ingredients bind together and for a dough.
3. Transfer the dough to a flat top treble or board and start kneading it well and stretch the dough till it becomes soft and elastic. This would take about 10-12 minutes of kneading.
4. Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with oil, apply a little oil on top of the dough and cover it with a damp cloth.
5. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
6. Divide the dough into equal sized pieces and roll it into balls. And keep it on a plate.
7. Apply little oil on each piece, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 more minutes
8. Next, Dust the dough in flour, shake off the excess flour and place it on the board.
9. Roll it out a little, not too thick
10. Heat a stainless steel pan or a cast iron pan, turn the flame down to low.
11. Apply water on the rolled dough and place the watered side on the pan for it to stick to the pan
12. once the dough starts bubbling up, flip the pan and show the open side of the dough directly to the fire till it cookd and char marks appear evenly.
13. Using a flat spoon, gently nudge the naan off the pan and serve it hot. (edited)

Chicken Thokku :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 1 no
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Green Cardamom - 4 nos
Cloves - 5nos
Fennel - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Green Chilli - 2 nos
Onion (sliced) - 2 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato (sliced) - 2 nos
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Chicken Curry Cut - 500 g
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 2 Cups
Coriander Leaves - For Garnish

Method :
Heat a kadai, add oil.
Add the whole spices, curry leaves, green chilli and let it crackle
Add the sliced onions and saute till it turns light brown
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add the tomatoes and saute till it turns
Add the masala powders and saute for a minute or 2
Add the chicken and saute with the masala for 2 minutes
Add water, salt, mix well and bring it to a boil.
Cover and simmer the chicken for 10 minutes
Finish it off with brack pepper powder and coriander leaves.
Give it one final mix and serve it hot. Enjoy!
