Serving - 3

Process :
1. Take Bathua leaves - 250 grams ( washed and chopped)
2. Add 1 cup of wheat flour
3. Add 1/4 cup of Besan
4. Add 1/4 cup of jowar flour
5 Add 1/4 cup of bajra flour
6. Add chopped bathua
7. Add 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
8. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
9. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
10. Red Chili powder -1/2 tsp
11. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
12. Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
13 .Add salt to taste
14. Mix it well
15. Add water and mix it
16. Knead the flour into dough
17. Add 1 tsp of oil
18. Make medium size of dough balls
19. Dust it with fry flour
20. Roll it into paratha
21. Cook it in medium flame
22. Apply ghee or oil
13. Ready to serve
