Pain Killer
2 oz. Pusser’s Rum
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
Grated Nutmeg Garnish / Pineapple Wedge

Pieces of Eight
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. B.G Reynolds' Passion Fruit Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Light Virgin Islands Rum (I’d use Pusser’s)

Mai Kai's “Barrel of Rum”
2 oz. Puerto Rican Rum
2 oz. Dark Jamaican Rum
2 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
2 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
1 tsp. honey syrup
6 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Splash of Club Soda


The Zombie (1950s)
1 oz. Fresh Lime juice
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz Light Puerto Rican Rum
1 oz. Gold Puerto Rican Rum
1 oz. 151 Demerara Rum (Lemon-Hart / Hamilton, etc.)
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Shake strain with crushed ice, garnish with mint sprig
