Join me for this 30-minute Low Impact HIIT workout! This session blends cardio and bodyweight toning exercises to challenge your body, burn calories, and enhance your fitness.

Perfect for all fitness levels, this workout features simple moves that can be adjusted to suit your needs. Increase the intensity by adding weights or jumps, or reduce it by slowing the pace and easing up on squats or lunges.

We'll kick off with a 5-minute warm-up of low impact cardio exercises to prepare your muscles and get your body ready.

The main workout includes a series of low impact exercises, each performed for 30 seconds with a 10-second rest in between. We’ll complete 3 rounds for a solid 30-minute session.

These HIIT exercises promote fat loss and help reshape your entire body. The workout incorporates steady-state cardio to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories, while focusing on toning your arms, abs, and legs. This is a great routine if you prefer low impact over jumping.

We'll finish with a 5-minute cooldown of low impact cardio and gentle stretching to aid muscle recovery.
