In this vlog I will show you how to make samosas with a chicken mince filling quickly and easily at home. These are perfect for freezing as well.

Recipe:
500g chicken mince
2 medium sized grated onions
1 teaspoon crushed ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
1 teaspoon rough salt
20g chopped coriander
20g chopped spring onions

Place all the ingredients into a pot, except the coriander and spring onions.
Leave on medium heat until all the water in the pot has dried out.
Cool, garnish with coriander and spring onions.
