After completing his education, Kamalesh Gowda decided to put up a vada pav stall and deploy his father’s recipe of a spicy chutney that the latter had picked up during his days in Mumbai decades ago. Tucked in a quiet bylane of BTM 2nd Stage in South Bengaluru, one-man army, Kamlesh goes about his business quietly, particular about his ingredients resulting in his regular customers being quite vocal for him. Which is how I discovered him through a twitter poll a few weeks ago. Please do support small enterprises like Modern Vada Pav Centre that are trying to earn an honest living serving delicious fare.
