Wheat Sowing: 650K Liters of Grass Silage Packed in Bales | HORSCH AgroVation Farm | FS 22 | ep #01

Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. Our workflow starts with loading the spreader with lime before heading to the cultivated field for liming. To sow the wheat, we utilize the FENDT 1050 tractor paired with the efficient HORSCH AVATAR 1225 SD seeder. Once the sowing process is underway, our employee handles the task competently.
While the wheat sowing progresses, we turn our attention to making grass silage in bales. Our property boasts three expansive grass fields. First we head to the two far fields. We rent a POTTINGER NOVACAT mower, which works impeccably with the FENDT 936 VARIO tractor. Simultaneously, we attach the FENDT ROTANA 180 XTRA-V baler to the FENDT 774 VARIO tractor.
Upon arrival, our well-coordinated team springs into action. The first tractor skillfully mows the grass into neat swaths, while the second tractor efficiently picks up the grass and forms bales, wrapping them meticulously in film. Following the successful completion of two fields, we proceed towards the third grass field situated closer to the yard to continue our productive work.
In total, our efforts culminate in 122 bales of top-quality grass silage, boasting an impressive total volume of 650K liters.
