We're not independent contractors, technically...

Contractors- yes, based on the offers we are given, and choosing when to work but we're not independent from Walmart. Since Walmart acquired Delivery Drivers Inc., our tax forms are strictly through Walmart. I wonder if the move is moving more towards us potentially being hourly employees or perhaps work in 'blocks' like Amazon Flex, since at times there could be 0 drivers available(?)
