How to make Chinese Cold Pork Knuckle 🤩🤩🤩港式燻蹄***Super tasty and delicious 🤤

Hello everyone 😊today I want to show you guys how to make this Chinese Cold dish for Appetizer. This recipe makes the pork knuckle tastes so tasty and delicious like the cold cut ham.

This pork knuckle must be served cold. When warm, it goes soft and oily. You can keep the tied knuckles for a couple of weeks in the freezer so they come handy when you have unexpected dinner guests. Just thaw the knuckle slightly (too soft and it will break apart when you cut it), still wrapped in the plastic wraps, and cut into thin pieces and serve cold with the vinegar garlic dipping sauce or on a plate of pickles, or even better, with dressed jellyfish or other cold cuts.
