PREGNANT AFTER HAVING MY TUBES TIED? BABY NUMBER 4?

I'm a few days late and feeling kinda crazy sooooo could I be pregnant after having my tubes tied? I know the chances are SLIM but I'm experiencing some early pregnancy symptoms and my period is late..so many questions running through my mind....could I be pregnant? Baby number four? BabIES? Am I really pregnant again?
Are we having another baby? Just to be sure I went and bought a home pregnancy test to see. Also, thank you for sticking around and being patient with me over the last few days! We should be back to a normal schedule this week!
