It's another vlog style video today where I bring you along for a busy day in London with meetings and then to give a talk at GS1.

Sadly I couldn't bring you into the meetings and I don't have my own cameraman to film me giving the talk but I share with you what I can from my day out of the office.

Including a breakdown of a chat I had with an MI5 man questioning me about why I was filming near Millbank. (Whooops)

The whole theme of the day is Giving Value. That is how you will win in business and that was the theme throughout today.

The meetings all focused on how as businesses your focus must always be on giving value to your customers and not expecting anything back in return.

Giving for the right reasons is how you will see the most success in business, and thats what the message is from today's vlog.
