Sweet and sour pork (ingredient list provided)

Sweet and sour pork is one of the few meat dishes my 4yo don't mind eating, other times, she's mainly a egg, rice and noodles eater only.

Berkcious pork is 100% free from harmful chemicals. Berkcious pork does not contain any beta agonists, growth hormones, or antibiotics. The pigs are raised naturally in an humane manner.

Berkshire Black pork is a breed imported in from UK. Black pork has a greater marbling content like wagyu. The meat is more tender and fragrant.

Gu Lu Yok – Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients:
250g of Berkcious black loin pork, cut into small cube
(marinate with light soya sauce, white pepper, shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, chicken egg, pinch of salt, corn starch)
Red bell pepper, cut into small chunk
Yellow bell pepper, cut into small chunk
Green bell pepper, cut into small chunk
Enough amount of potato starch or corn starch (add into the marinated pork meat before deep frying)

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
4 – 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of white sugar
5 – 6 tablespoons of filtered water
